Found this one courtesy of the CRA’s tumble log. It’s a video on the impact of HPC on fundamental sciences, mostly bio applications at the beginning, then on to more classic turbulence, fire, blackholes, and what not.
It’s not a video to explain to your mom what you do for a living, but if you know a scientist still not sold on the potential benefits of HPC, this one’s the ticket. What’s not to like about an HPC video that borrows soundtrack from Pink Floyd?
