This is just wrong. What they really said was due to recent information with respect to the timing of volume parts availability, the company now believes that 2007 revenue associated with quad-core Cray XT4 systems will likely be less than previously anticipated. Jimmy – yeah, AMD really seems to be struggling right now. Unfortunately it’s hard to tell in this case whether Cray estimated on the early end of AMD’s target dates or whether AMD is really slipping…I’m keeping my eye out for a press release from AMD though.
