ISC set new records this year, and it looked worth at least a brief mention
A total of 1,213 participants from industry and academia attended this year’s conference, held June 27-29 at the Congress Center in Dresden. Attendance was up one third from last year, which also set a new attendance record. 54 percent of attendees represented industry, mainly the IT industry, and nearly 40 percent came from academia, including government laboratories and universities. Germany with 40 percent, the U.S. (22 percent) and the UK ( 11 percent) had the most participants; 6 percent of participants came from Asia.
