I’ll cover this briefly since many of you are directly affected by it. The Forbes.com PR Newswire is carrying an announcement that CSC will be providing the support portion of the NASA Ames supercomputing contract.
The contract is a 10-year cost-plus award fee contract with a 2 year base and 8 option years. If all options are exercised the contract’s value will be just under $600M. The contract also has options for CSC to support NASA Goddard and other centers.
