QLogic has begun vendor qualification on its new line of 8 Gb Fibre Channel switches and host bus adapters
QLogic Corp….today revealed that it has begun testing its complete portfolio of 8Gb Fibre Channel switches and host bus adapters (HBAs) and is readying samples for major OEMs to qualify.
The new cards double the performance of FC products you can get from QLogic today but remain compatible with older 4 and 2 Gb solutions.
