TotalView adds products for the individual multicore developer

TotalView introduced a new version of their Individual Edition Debugger yesterday that includes support for quad-core machines. The company also lowered prices for its Individual Edition Debugger on single and dual-core core machines.

TotalView logoTotalView Individual Edition can be utilized on single, dual-core and now quad-core machines, with programs running up to a maximum of 32 processes or threads, on Linux x86, Linux x86-64, Mac OS X, Intel and Power, and Solaris Opteron. The TotalView Individual Edition license is available at http://www.totalviewtech.com/download.htm at a price of $849 for the quad-core version and the reduced price of $559 for the single and dual-core version. Both options are eligible for TotalView Technologies’ educational program, with up to an 80% discount.
