SDSC still shut down due to Witch Creek fire

According to sources at SDSC, the center’s supercomputers are still down. Not much changed overnight, and the campus is not expected to be in the direct path of the Witch Creek fire.

SDSC’s HPC systems were taken off line yesterday as a preventative measure against an unstable commercial power supply in the area resulting from fire.
