I’ve mentioned before that Sun has made the presentations from its recent HPC Consortium meeting available on line (https://events-at-sun.com/hpcreno/presentations.html). But Rich Brueckner at Sun is going one better: he’s posting videos of the presentations on the Sun HPC Community Portal.
Video cameras are cheap, and with a Mac, encoding is a snap. You can probably even do it with some other platforms, too. Why everyone doesn’t automatically do this for every single conference is beyond me (hint, hint, SC08 staffers).
