Appro Announces Support for Six-Core Opteron

ApproAppro, today, officially announced support for AMD’s Istanbul processor series.  The latest in the Opteron [2000 and 8000] series will ship with up to six cores per socket.  Appro’s dual and quad socket servers, HyperGreen cluster and Xtreme-X cluster series will all support the latest silicon digs from AMD.
