HPTi Awarded PETTT Contract

Reston, Virginia-based High Performance Technologies Inc, [HPTi] has been awarded the Department of Defense’s User Productivity Enhancement, Technology Transfer and Training [PETTT] contract with the DoD’s High Performance Computing Modernization Office [HPCMO].  Given a full period of performance, the contract could be worth up to $147 million over ten years.

The PETTT program is the keystone of DoD’s scientific innovation initiatives, delivering premier capabilities to our service men and women,” commented HPTi President Tim Keenan. “Supporting the HPCMO with this critical mission makes HPTi one of the nation’s foremost providers of computational services.”

HPTi will collaborate with government labs and coordinate work with top research universities and private companies on the PETTT team in order to develop meaningful solutions in science and engineering for America’s warfighters.  The team is made up of major HPC groups around the country, including Texas Advanced Computing Center, Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center and 19 other partners.
