Panasas Names New President and CEO

Panasas announced that they have named a new President and CEO.  Faye Pairman was announced as the gal for the job.  Hot on the heels of a year with 25% growth of revenue [2009], Pairman will lead the company into a new era.

Panasas logoFaye has a proven track record of driving strong growth strategies and she will be instrumental in taking Panasas to the next level,” said Jonathan Feiber, managing partner at Mohr, Davidow Ventures and chairman of the board at Panasas. “Her prior successes and leadership experience are a perfect match for Panasas at this point in the company’s evolution, and we’re looking forward to the many valuable contributions Faye will bring to the executive management team.”

Pairman recently served as senior vice president and general manager of the storage business unit of Applied Micro Circuits (AMCC) after AMCC acquired 3ware Inc., where she served as president and chief executive officer.  Prior to that, she served as president and chief executive officer of Redline Networks and also spent eight years at Adaptec in various marketing and general management roles. Pairman holds an MBA from Harvard University.
