This week NCSA announced a set of free online HPC tutorials designed to let you learn High Performance Computing for free, at your own pace, from anywhere. Courses on the CI-Tutor platform cover a number of commonly-used performance tools on the TeraGrid’s high-performance computing resources, such as NCSA’s PerfSuite, a collection of tools and supporting libraries that provides a high-level view of application performance. The course catalog includes other topics such as MPI programming, visualization, and parallel tuning for clusters.
