		<description>They lie and say it will work and then crash the company into Chapter 11, 12 or 13. Crush the employee’s 401K and retirements plan. Could it be that IBM said we have a business model to make money and if the client doesn’t want to recognize the real issues and work together for a reasonable solution then move on and let someone else live the lie?</description>

		<description>The SGI/PSC thing was significantly different in that SGI still sold a big system to PSC, just not as big as what was originally promised.  SGI did not completely walk away from the deal and return money to PSC.</description>
