Video: NOAA Briefing on Hurricane Sandy

In this video, Dr. Rick Knabb, Director of the National Hurricane Center gives a briefing on Hurricane Sandy on 10/28/2012 at noon Eastern time. With computer models showing storm surges of up to 11 feet, the Category 1 storm is extremely large is already causing life-threatening situations on the Eastern seaboard. In fact, New York has ordered a Zone A evacuation for only the second time in history (first time since Hurricane Irene).
