The Great Lakes Consortium for Petascale Computation, the folks responsible for NCSA’s Blue Waters petascale system, is hosting a get-to-know-us meeting at SC09
The Great Lakes Consortium for Petascale Computation will host an information session at SC09. The event will explain the consortium and how to collaborate with members on a wide range of projects. It will also include an overview of the Blue Waters sustained-petascale supercomputer that will come online at the University of Illinois’ National Center for Supercomputing Applications in 2011.
The session will be held Monday, November 16 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. It will be in room B119 of the Oregon Convention Center in Portland.
