Obsidian Strategics Hires Experienced VP of Sales

Obsidian Strategics has announced that they have hired a new Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  Robert W. Hooley will now take the reigns in selling and marketing the Longbow line of Infiniband range extension, routing and encryption products.

Obsidian’s President, Dr. David Southwell remarked, “I am delighted to welcome Rob and look forward to working with him to extend Obsidian’s marketplace lead. Rob has years of experience in enterprise network security software, as well a vast experience base in the electronics and computer industries. He has the professional ethics and can-do attitude that is shared by every member of our expert team.”

Mr. Hooley previously had experience at BioGenex Laboratories, Berg Electronics, DuPont Company, Rabbit Semiconductor, and Tecsys Development, a global network security software company.  Congrats to Mr. Hooley on the gig.
