SGI Names New VP of Commercial Sales

SGI announced today that they have added to their senior sales team.  Vincent J. Scarpulla has been brought on board as the new VP of Commercial Sales.  This, to complement James Brinker, VP of SGI Federal.  Scarpulla brings more than 30 years of sales, service and management experience to the SGI team.  His primary sales focus will be the vertical markets of Internet, financial services, oil and gas, media and entertainment, and manufacturing.  He will also lead sales activities in Canada and Latin America.

Scarpulla’s proven sales leadership experience in the technology industry makes him the ideal person to expand SGI’s customer base in some of the industry’s fastest growing markets,” said Tony Carrozza, senior vice president of worldwide sales at SGI. “His significant experience in field operations, sales and management will be a valuable asset to SGI as we continue to grow our customer base and vertical reach.”

    His title at Verari was V.P. of Sales, Jerry Loe held the title, V.P. of Worldwide Field Operations.
