The Society of High Performance Computing Professionals has issued a new Call for Papers for its Annual Technical Meeting on November 3, 2010 in Houston, Texas. The SHPCP promotes HPC technical competence, knowledge dissemination and user collaboration. Their updated announcement calls for outstanding submissions along the following HPC tracks:
- Emerging technologies and innovative solutions
- Performance testing, monitoring and benchmarking tools
Proposals are due September 30, 2010. For details, check out their updated announcement.
Editor’s Note: I think it is interesting that Oracle Oil & Gas is sponsoring this HPC conference, especially since they have evidently pulled out of SC10. The company still has HPC topics at Oracle Open World and the HPC User Forum, so don’t count them out of the game just yet.
