Cray is looking for a Storage Pre-Sales Engineer to join their expanding Storage business in our Job of the Week.
Responsibilities:
You will help the sales team identify and promote storage sales opportunities for Cray. You will have extensive experience architecting, designing, and engineering multi-petabyte production-grade high-performance enterprise storage environments, and understand the challenges associated with providing highly available solutions in a 24×7 environment. You will collect customer requirements for storage and file systems, and then develop, configure and price storage solutions. You will drive the response to the opportunities and influence the requirements in order to successfully sell Cray Storage. The position will work closely and coordinate with the Americas Sales Team in the assigned territories. In addition, you will work closely with the Storage Product Team, as well as other groups in Hardware, Software and business development.
