Mellanox Accelerates Fujitsu Super at Australian NCI

Mellanox announced today that its FDR 56Gb/s InfiniBand end-to-end solutions have been selected by Fujitsu as the interconnect for a new Petascale supercomputer for the Australian National Computational Infrastructure (NCI). The system will use Mellanox FDR 56Gb/s InfiniBand SX6000 series switches and ConnectX-3 adapter cards for high performance, scalability, and power efficiency.
