Purdue University is seeking an HPC Systems Administrator in our Job of the Week.
The HPC Systems Administrator, Associate will deploy, administer, and update large-scale research systems, related infrastructure services, grid software stacks, and operating systems. The position will be responsible for components of Purdue’s computational research environment, and will work closely with researchers, systems administrators, engineers, and developers throughout the University and partner institutions. Administers existing cluster and grid infrastructure technologies, and assists in prototyping new systems. Participates in national computing activities by attending workshops, conferences, and potentially presenting research.
