The European high-performance computing conference, ISC High Performance, will organize full-day and half-day workshops on Thursday, 16 July 2015, the last day of this year’s event. The goal of the workshops is to provide the high performance computing community with a focused, in-depth platform for presentations, discussion, and interaction.
The organizers have issued a call for proposals and anyone interested in hosting a workshop, should contact the workshop chair, Dr Bernd Mohr as soon as possible. Since up to half of the workshops slots will be accepted early, ISC High Performance encourages prompt submission.
Suitable topics might include HPC computer architecture and hardware, programming models, system software, applications, solutions for heterogeneity, reliability, and power efficiency of systems, as well as topics related to big data and cloud computing.
The deadline for submission is Sunday, February 15, 2015. All proposals will be peer reviewed and successful submissions will be notified on Monday, 23 March.
ISC High Performance is also accepting submissions for research papers, posters, HPC in Asia posters, BoFs, tutorials, and student volunteers.
Moving into its 30th year, ISC High Performance is the world’s oldest and Europe’s most important conference and networking event for the HPC community. ISC High Performance is open to engineers, IT specialists, systems developers, vendors, end users, scientists, researchers, students and other members of the HPC global community. The exhibition attracts decision-makers from automotive, defense, aeronautical, gas and oil, banking and other industries.
