I work on some of the world’s fastest, most cutting-edge supercomputers. It takes over 20,000 hard drives to store the data that feeds our largest computer, Sequoia. As team lead for Lustre development, I work on the software that coordinates all of those individual moving parts into a single, fast, reliable file storage system.
