Former SGI’s CEO Jorge Titinger Joins TransparentBusiness as Chief Strategy Officer

Today TransparentBusiness announced the appointment of Jorge Luis Titinger as its Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Titinger is best known as the former CEO of SGI, a global leader in HPC, which was recently acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Prior to TransparentBusiness and SGI, Mr. Titinger served as the Chief Operating Officer and then as President and Chief Executive Officer of Verigy, Ltd. from June 2008 to October 2011. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Product Business Groups at FormFactor Inc. from November 2007 to June 2008. He served in several senior executive roles at KLA-Tencor Corporation, Applied Materials, and Insync Systems. Prior to his tenure in the Semiconductor Equipment industry, he held senior management roles at MIPS/SGI and Hewlett Packard. Mr. Titinger holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Management, all from Stanford University.
