The PEARC18 Conference has issued its Call for Contributions. The conference takes place June 22-27 in Pittsburgh.

The Practice & Experience in Advanced Research Computing (PEARC) annual conference series fosters the creation of a dynamic and connected community of advanced research computing professionals who advance leading practices at the frontiers of research, scholarship and teaching, and industry application. Developers, applications teams, students, researchers, innovators, CIOs, IT staff and policy makers from academia, government, industry, CI providers and international organizations present their research and development results and state of the practice experiences that have significantly advanced the effective utilization of cyberinfrastructure and advanced digital resources. Particular emphasis is placed on engaging under-represented minorities, under-represented domains, women and people with disabilities. The PEARC conference provides a range of formal and informal opportunities for people to interact and address their diverse needs and interests. In addition, the PEARC exhibitor program will provide a forum for companies, universities, and organizations to present innovative products, services, and activities.

“The theme of the 2018 conference (PEARC18) is Seamless Creativity. We invite contributions and participation from everyone who works to realize the promise of advanced computing as the enabler of knowledge creation and application without unnecessary barriers.
