Raid Media Systems has become the latest partner to sign up to the Bright Computing Reseller Program. As a reseller, Raid Media Systems has chosen to partner with Bright Computing in order to provide its customers with an easy to use cluster management solution. The Reseller anticipates that Bright technology will allow its staff to spend less time on cluster management tasks and more time focusing on improving application performance and cluster utilization for its customers.

We are happy to partner with Bright to offer industry-proven cluster management software to our customer base,” said Daniel Vogel, Systems Engineer at Raid Media Systems. “This ensures that our customers get the very best solutions for their needs.”

Founded in 1996 and based in Germany, RAID Media Systems is an independent IT systems integrator offering HPC solutions ranging from small systems to turnkey solutions with hundreds of nodes. The company designs, configures, builds, optimizes, and supports HPC systems meeting specific requirements for their customers. Raid Media Systems works with organizations in the research, university, government, and industry sectors.

Bright Cluster Manager’s clear and intuitive user interface and ease of installation were some of the key drivers for the partnership. Raid Media Systems also recognizes that Bright is perfectly positioned to help its customers that aren’t traditional HPC users, but who now have a clear use case for HPC solutions, as Bright Cluster Manager will enable them to easily manage their systems without requiring additional IT staff.

It’s great that Raid Media Systems has chosen to partner with Bright Computing,” said Jack Hanna, Director Alliances at Bright Computing. “The German HPC market is an exciting place right now with many organizations pushing research and developmental boundaries, so there is plenty of opportunity for Raid and Bright to work together to provide dynamic solutions for exciting HPC projects.“
