3 RISC-V Forums Scheduled

The RISC-V Forum will hold three conferences starting next month that are free of charge to members and non-members and designed to provide deep-dive technical content for  the RISC-V community

The first conference, the Security Forum, will be held Wednesday, April 14 from 7-10am US Pacific Time. The agenda and registration can be found here.

The second event, Developer Tools & Tool Chains, will be held Wednesday, June 2, 2021 from 4-7pm Central European Summer Time. And the third event, Embedded Technologies, will be held Wednesday, July 21, 2021 from 8-11am China Standard Time.

“RISC-V Forums bring together the community with RISC-V experts for three hours of deep-dive presentations, hands-on learning, and networking with technical enthusiasts in the RISC-V ecosystem,” the conference organizers said.

RISC-V is an open standard instruction set architecture based on established reduced instruction set computer (RISC) principles. The RISC-V ISA is provided under open source licenses that do not require fees to use. A number of companies are offering or have announced RISC-V hardware, open source operating systems with RISC-V support are available and the instruction set is supported in several software toolchains.
