E4S is a first-of-a-kind open-source software portfolio focused on providing the latest in research software products for HPC applications. E4S and its related software development kits (aka SDKs) are emerging from ECP to support a variety of activities, including the establishment of community policies aimed at increasing software quality and ease of installation and use, and the interoperability among, and sustainability of, software technologies developed by ECP and the broader HPC community.
