This independent audit, conducted in line with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) standards, validates that Bolt Insight’s systems and internal controls are designed to protect client data and uphold the highest standards for secure, scalable operations.
Trusted by over 100 brands across the globe, BoltChatAI is used to capture human-driven insights, from video interviews and chat transcripts to stimuli and external datasets. With SOC 2 Type I certification, clients now have formal assurance that their data is safeguarded by best-in-class security practices. Achieving this certification involved a rigorous evaluation of BoltChatAI’s infrastructure, policies and day-to-day operations. Every layer of the platform was reviewed and verified by independent auditors.
