The HPC storage engineer will additionally work with the operations team to improve operational procedures for all aspects of the storage environment; ensure that the deployed storage systems have excellent availability, stability and performance; plan and implement changes in response to operational issues; provide backup for operations staff; and review change requests for the storage environment.

OSC, along with OARnet and OhioLINK, is part of the Ohio Technology Consortium (OH-TECH), the technology and information division of the Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE). OH-TECH provides high-tech solutions for Ohio’s higher education institutions to catalyze innovation in the modern knowledge economy.
