As a member of our highly interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to an ambitious, long-term project aimed at fundamentally transforming the process of drug discovery and design.  The software we build is used to carry out research in structural biology and biochemistry, and could push the bounds of what is possible with the aid of special-purpose computational tools.

If you were to join our team, you might contribute to software development and workflow engineering for drug discovery, including development of cheminformatics tools and algorithms; large-scale virtual screening and docking; computer-aided molecule design; development of scalable chemical databases; modeling, analysis and visualization of molecular systems; and a range of similar tasks integral to advancing our scientific and drug discovery programs. Our projects uniquely run on commodity and GPU clusters as well as on our special-purpose supercomputer, ANTON®, capable of simulating biomolecular phenomena orders of magnitude faster than was previously possible.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $200,000–$500,000.  Our compensation package also includes variable compensation in the form of sign-on and year-end bonuses, and generous benefits.  The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
