Join Lam as an HPC architect, where you'll be at the forefront of designing, analyzing, and improving HPC applications and systems. As a crucial member of our IT team, you'll contribute your technical assistance and guidance to projects for HPC. Acting as a technical liaison, you'll address complex business problems with high compute requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving Lam's commitment to innovation and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with IT operations and business teams to support business user issues, requests and also support enhancing HPC solution; advocate best practices and recommend technical solutions for improvements in usability of application and systems performance. This is a highly technical role that will consist of roughly 40/50% Support, 40% Architecture, 10/20% Program Management.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in High Performance Computing technologies
• Experienced in Linux, Python, HPC clusters, Slurm, filesystems (ZFS, Gluster, Luster, NFS, CIFS), MPI (OpenMPI, MPICH2, IntelMIP), CUDA
• Highly experienced and hands on with Cloud technologies, preferably MS Azure
• Effective collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
