Exxact Corporation offers NVIDIA DGX Station and DGX-1 for Deep Learning

Exxact to Build HPC Solutions Using NVIDIA Tesla P100 GPUs

Today Exxact Corporation announced its planned production of HPC solutions using the NVIDIA Tesla P100 GPU accelerator for PCIe. Exxact will be integrating the Tesla P100 into their Quantum family of servers, which are currently offered with either NVIDIA Tesla M40 or K80 GPUs. The NVIDIA Tesla P100 for PCIe-based servers was introduced at the recent 2016 International Supercomputing Conference and is anticipated to deliver massive leaps in performance and value compared with CPU-based systems. NVIDIA stated the new Tesla P100 will help meet unprecedented computational demands planted on modern data centers.

Exxact to Distribute NVIDIA DGX-1 Deep Learning System

The NVIDIA DGX-1 features up to 170 teraflops of half precision (FP16) peak performance, 8 Tesla P100 GPU accelerators with 16GB of memory per GPU, 7TB SSD DL Cache, and a NVLink Hybrid Cube Mesh. Packaged with fully integrated hardware and easily deployed software, it is the world’s first system built specifically for deep learning and with NVIDIA’s revolutionary, Pascal-powered Tesla P100 accelerators, interconnected with NVIDIA’s NVLink. NVIDIA designed the DGX-1 to meet the never-ending computing demands of artificial intelligence and claims it can provide the throughput of 250 CPU-based servers delivered via a single box.
