University of Manitoba Announces HPC Facility

The University of Manitoba has announced that they will build a new high performance computing facility.  The original news post is limited in information, but it does point out the Canadian government has earmarked $2.1million [CDN] for the project.  Once complete, the University plans to put it on the Western Canada Computing Grid.
