Today Pica8 announced that the California Institute of Technology, Northwestern University and SURFnet will be demonstrating Pica8-powered Inventec 100G Ethernet solutions at the SC15 conference in Austin, Texas.
- The California Institute of Technology will demonstrate high-speed scientific data transfers using SDN leveraging an Inventec D7032Q28 and Pica8’s PicOS network operating system (NOS) in booth 1248
- Northwestern University will demonstrate 100-Gigabit connectivity using an Inventec D7032Q28 100G switch and Pica8’s NOS in booth 749;
- SURFnet will demonstrate real-time worldwide service function chaining using an Inventec D7032Q28 100G switch and Pica8’s PicOS NOS in booth 2321;
