John Elmer joins NAG Board of Directors

Today the Numerical Algorithms Group (NAG) in the UK announced the appointment of John Elmer to its Board of Directors.

His 30+ years of experience in the upstream oil & gas industry will help us expand our offerings in this key market segment. Elmer, 60, brings a wealth of experience in strategic marketing to his position as a non-executive director at NAG. He spent 27 years, and ten as CEO, at strategy firm Gelb Consulting. John joined the Board of Directors of Endeavor Management after merging Gelb with Endeavor in 2011. His current venture, Bayard Bradford, integrates sales and marketing technologies with enterprise IT systems to provide a strategic toolkit for managing revenue growth.

With the appointment of Elmer, NAG’s Board of Directors consists of nine members, including Rob Meyer, NAG, Stephen Todd (Chairman), University College London (UCL), Christian Bischof, Technische Universität Darmstadt, Mike Dewar, NAG, Peter Jimack, University of Leeds, Karen Lewis, NAG, Karen Robb, Partner, Grant Thornton and Stephen M. Watt, University of Waterloo.
