Ng and Keller to Keynote at AI Hardware and Edge AI Summit, Sept. 12-14

March 17, 2023 — Two leading names in AI, Jim Keller of Tenstorrent and Andrew Ng of Landing AI, will deliver keynote addresses at this year’s AI Hardware & Edge AI Summit, Sept. 12-14, in Santa Clara. Registration for the conference  is here.

Keller, well-known HPC, AI and data center chip architecture and CEO of AI startup Tenstorrent, Toronto, will present the hardware luminary keynote. Keller was responsible for the AMD K8 architecture, the Apple A4/A5 processors and other chip architectures. He has served in engineering leadership roles at AMD, Broadcom, Apple, Tesla and Intel, among others. In January 2021, he joined Tenstorrent, a company that accelerates AI via their Grayskull PCIe Gen4 platform, and via an AI cloud service called AICloud. Tenstorrent has also developed a high-performance RISC-V processor for the AI and server markets.

The AI luminary keynote will be delivered by Ng, founder and CEO of computer vision platform and AI software company Landing AI. Ng also was  founder of DeepLearning.AI and an adjunct Professor at Stanford University. He was a founder of the Google Brain team and former chief scientist at Baidu.

His keynote will focus on how to start with the right data, while Keller´s will look at how to start with the right infrastructure, the conference organizers said.
