Now in its second year, Women in HPC will partner with ISC 2024 to present a diverse and inclusive event on the exhibition floor coinciding with the May 13th Exhibitor Gala in Hamburg, Germany.

March 4, 2024 – Edinburgh, Scotland. The WHPC Volunteers for ISC 2024 have announced that the call for submissions for our 2nd Annual ISC Solution Forum Takeover is now open. Aligned with this year’s ISC theme, WHPC is focusing on “Reinventing HPC Potential.”

“During the Exhibitor Gala, our speakers and volunteers will grace the Solutions Forum stage to present talks covering a spectrum of topics, from diversity, allyship, and inclusion to the latest in HPC research, business insights, and more,” the organization said.

WHP is seeking lightning talk speaker submissions! These concise, five-minute talks can cover a wide range of topics, including current research, career insights, and discussions on inclusivity. While WHPC particularly encourage submissions from women at any stage of their HPC careers or from underrepresented groups, they also welcome lightning talk submissions from our valued allies.

The Solutions Forum provides an excellent platform for our presenters, offering ISC 2024 badge holders at both conference and exhibition levels the opportunity to attend and engage with a variety of talks. Last year’s event featured diverse speakers and provided attendees with insights into supercomputing work at both technical and non-technical levels. WHPC invites you to consider submitting your abstract to speak in this supportive and inclusive environment.

Please note that this is an in-person engagement at ISC 2024, and unfortunately, WHPC is unable to accept remote submissions at this time.
