Parallel programming video series

Sun is running a seven-part video series as an introduction to parallel programming on its HPC development-focused website. The video so far (two episodes up as of this writing) includes live action and slides, with hosting by Sun’s Ruud van der Pas. The first episode is on performance tuning, the second on the challenges that multicore processors add to parallel application development. Worth a watch.
