This week Russian supercomputer vendor RSC Group announced that it has joined PROSPECT (Promotion of Supercomputing Partnerships for European Competitiveness and Technology).

I had not read much about RSC before this announcement, but their Intel-based Tornado supercomputer is liquid-cooled and boasts very impressive energy efficiency ratings. Read the Full Story.
