Video: IBM Demonstrates Cognitive Apps

In this video, Bill Risk from IBM Research-Almaden describes a set of possible applications for the the cognitive chip called TrueNorth. It’s based on a non-von Neumann computing architecture that’s inspired by the function, low power consumption, and density of the human brain.
