Dassault Augments Simulation Tech with Safe Technology Acquisition

Dassault Systèmes has acquired UK-based Safe Technology, a leader in fatigue simulation for predicting product durability. Safe Technology, the developer of the fe-safe durability simulation application suite, was acquired in an all-cash transaction that completed on 7 August 2013. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
