The OCP Global Summit conference, scheduled for November 9-10 in San Jose, has received permission from local authorities to allow in-person attendance at the event. The Open Compute Project, now in its 10 year, said in an announcement today that the conference will be hybrid, both remote and in-person, and that attendees traveling to San Jose will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

“We believe these requirements will further ensure that the event will be as safe as possible, in addition to the mask mandate and other precautions being taken by OCP and Team San Jose,” the organization said. “This is a constantly changing situation and we will update you as information becomes available. The most up-to-date information can always be found here.”
