In this interview with CGG’s EVP, HPC & Cloud Solutions, Agnès Boudot, she discusses the Paris-based company’s mission to use its decades in HPC to help provide companies across a range of domains and global regions with solutions enabling them to leverage the latest HPC-AI technologies.
As Boudot points out, CGG has built large HPC installations around the world involving complex, end-to-end optimizations, including in Houston, France, the UK and Asia-Pacific.
“We’ve used HPC from the technology’s earliest times, with Cray machines and then building clusters using GPUs and immersive cooling. Now we’re bringing all this activity, experience and knowledge to production environments across other industries.”
